WTB MK1 golf/jetta Project car

I'm looking for a project car, open to MK 1 - 4.

Things the car MUST have :

• Engine
• Manual Transmission
• Clean title

Things the car can do without :

• Clean interior
• Paint
• Front / rear bumpers
• Radio / wiring for much of anything
• Exhaust
• Head / tail Lights
• Functioning gages

I don't care what aftermarket parts you installed on the car, I'm not paying more for your modifications, I want a project car so it can be MY project, not yours. If you've put money into the car I'm not going to help you recoup your losses - Sorry.

I'd like the car to be functioning enough to drive short distances, this is a plus, though not required. The less rust the better.

ive got a mk1 jetta diesel in great exterior shape, paint insnt perfect but isnt bad. Decent interior, non running engine but has a good engine that will come with. In Lancaster PA.
