1980 vanagon automatic for sale with gas heater

i have a 1980 vanagon early production that i am looking to let go. I have put lots of parts in it but it still needs finished. Van comes with a spare 2 liter engine and automatic transmission. The vanagon has recently lost power, it does start and run but is underpowered. i have lost ambition and have to let it go. New parts include:
Reman air flow meter
head sensor
pointless ignition
empi quiet pack exhaust
transmission mount and engine mounts
lifters
heads have new valve guides and valves
intake runner boots
rear wheel cylinders and shoes
speedometer cable
front and rear shocks
front upper and lower ball joints replaced 4 years ago
right upper control arm
front calipers
starter
belt
gas tank upgraded to a 1985 unit with filler neck
fuel pump
idle valve
cold start injector
and much more

This vanagon has a perfect functioning ba6 gas heater that was factory installed.
Front floor pans have been patched as well.
