Do what ive been doing just read alot. theres about 400 stupid threads I could of made and get flamed or pick the good stuff out of the flame on other noobs that ask the same stuff. Plus being a G online is never cool.

I bought mine at 111,xxx with a cel. It was a cam shaft tensioner, had coolant leak. the wrong oil was in it. and a few other problem. took her under my wing and doctored her up. Fix all the mechanical issues. Then added DP, DV, short ram, ngk plugs,fmic and chipped it stage 2+.Bought lowering springs did a few cosmetic stuff. And is running better and stronger then ever! I'm at 136,xxx now!
Maintenance is paramount!!!!!!!! Always keep up on it and it will out last your Honda!! These cars have good engines in them. Just take care of it. Ps always run full synthetic. I like castrol edge with stp 5-40 IMO.

but in all seriousness it comes down to what price your paying... VW/Audi i would recommend anyone to buy if its over 80,000 miles unless its a good price and the car was maintained
