Shops in Dallas/FT Worth

Hey guys, I'm looking seriously at picking up a 2012 GLI since they seem to offer good performance and value.

I'm looking at a couple Autobahn w/ NAV vehicles currently.

Does anyone have suggestions for shops in the DFW area to do work like coilover installs and ECU flashes?

Second question, if I can get a used 2012 with ~15k miles for $23k or less (autobahn with nav and DSG transmission).

Are there enough changes to the 2013 to justify paying $6k more?

Only changes I have noticed are the power drive seat and factory stability control button (but that can be added).

Go to Drew Dorbritz(dorbitz designs) he does air suspension, and I'm sure he would do coil-overs. His work is second to none.
As far as chips Check the chip company websites for locals.
