Hey guys, Put a deposit on a JSW Tdi. Just waiting to sell my A3.

2 questions, I am looking for some coilovers, so I can adjust the height for winter and summer driving. I will NOT be doing track days, this is just for style. I was looking at a set of FK coils, does anyone have these and have a review?

Other question. The guys I am buying the car off me said he will give me cost on any VW accessories I want to ad to the car. In terms of OEM options, (roof racks, tinting, interior products..) do you have any suggestions on stuff that I should have added before I pick it up?

    Cheers.

Is your A3 on coilovers? They'll fit the JSW fine.

I have a A3 3.2l Quattro.. this suspension will not fit on the JSW. If I had the FWD 2.0t, that I know I could swap.

I have the FK silver lines.

There is lots of adjust ability in the front but the rear is a different story. I have the adjuster spun all the way up and you couldn't get your fingers between the top of the tire and the fender lip.

I'm on 18's so if you were to go with a smaller wheel it might give you extra room. Your going to still be low.

The ride is stiff sometimes very stiff and low. My wife of 22 years tells me she feels like she's a teenager ridding in her boyfriends lowered mini truck.

You probably want to go with the Koni setup that alot of guys run here.

I have koni coilovers and love them, and the dampers are adjustable so you can set them how you like for comfort. I am not too concerned with snow and such, but another good option would be the H&R Dune Buggy coilovers. They allow adjustments above and below stock height.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Anyone got any good ideas for some OEM mods. Would love to stick them in my payment plan.

You can get OEM springs but coilovers I'm not thinking so. OEM + inventory has shrunk a lot over the years for us.

If it's still available, throw in the Votex kit (front & rear lip, side skirts).
