    BTW - I believe it's a Cormorant, not a swan. Value $75-125.

Could be Hudson, too, but it's likely aftermarket. That's what kept J.C. Whitney alive.

Whats the little things that make it aftermarket? Seems like an original piece to me since the feathers are all detailed. But thats why I am here asking that.

Are there any maker's marks on the base?

The Gilmore Museum has a huge mascot collection and a research department. They can probably help.

    No. Not $350. Treefitty. $3.50.

But here you are on the internet? Keep practicing the self-righteousness attitude and you'll be a complete douche someday, though.
A list of mods, all cars ever owned and something cribbed from a book, song and/or movie were all just here. Sorry you missed out on my unique, snowflake-like individuality.

I sent a note to the head of the Gilmore, and automotive historian and the guy that makes the best factory reproduction mascots for an answer.

I went to the American Arrow site and looked at all of the hundreds of mascots they reproduce, and this isn't one of them.

Actually, the Packard ones that I'm seeing don't have all that detailing on the wings. Usually variations of a smooth wing with 3 notches.

You are correct. The guy from American Arrow got back to me and said it's definitely an aftermarket pot metal mascot meant to replace 1948-1950 Packard ornaments, or anything else you could fit that base to.

He said he's get back to me, but didn't think it was worth very much.

The head of the Gilmore Museum responded that it was aftermarket and had no value. It might make a nice paperweight.
