Alright guys, I've been lurking around here for a number of years and the forced induction forum has been of great assistance with my build. Since I got my car back on the road about a year ago I've has some nagging fuel issues that I've finally traced down. E85 is plentiful here in Indiana and I'd like to take advantage of the benefits it has. Long story short I'm looking for info and advice on getting my car ready for corn juice. Current fueling set up is as follows, but is definitely subject to change:
Lugtronic ECU
630cc injectors
Stock fuel rail/lines
4 bar fpr
Walbro 255 in-tank, soon to be replaced with a stock pump and something in line
New wiring harness coming from Kevin with fuel pressure sensor
Thanks in advance for any input!![]()

044 and walbro225 aint designed for alcohol, those will stop working sooner (2 weeks) or later.
Get Dw200 or Dw300 or new Walbro E85 or any other pump what can handle alcohols.

I guess my next question is how are you guys plumbing these pumps? Just running new line with A/N fittings or stock? I hear e85 is more corrosive than gasoline.

Bumping this up.
Looks like I'm going with the INA surge tank/044 combo, new lines and a new rail. Seeing the new ID injectors from USRT has me thinking about replacing the Siemens 630cc that I've heard some horror stories about.

Many of us are running 044 pumps. Have also used ID1000, ID2000, Siemens 630cc and 840cc

Brevin, please don't buy anything based on the advice of this forum, and/or until you talk to me.
I will steer you in the right direction, based on years of performance.
