WTT 1998 Dodge Dakota 318 5 speed 4x4

The good:
110 K mostly highway
K&N Intake
Throttle Body spacer
New Windshield
full size spare.

The bad:
Rust on the fenders (under the V8 Magnum emblem)
Surface rust on the front bumper
Scratches from some minor trail (nothing major)


It's got cruise control and AC, crank windows, and a 3rd window in the back and bench seating. I've had the truck for 5 years and I really don't need to get rid of it, but I've been looking for something more economical because I have a kid on the way. I'm looking for a 4 door but I'm not too picky. Vw's get priorities TDI's a plus, other trades considered what's the worst that I can say?
