polished, no clear-coat straight aluminum. They are a little dirty on the inside where the center cap clips in so you can't see it, and there are tiny rock chips in some spots. can easily be sanded and re-polished but they look great and you can't tell unless you are looking close.

they will fit any 16" or 17" large thread bbs rs's.
