    What are some good brands and kinds of performance chips for a 92 golf??

    But to actually answer your question. What motor do you have?

    between your first thread I looked at wanting a CAI, and now this, I take it you want a faster car? There is no legitimate way to make an 8V faster unless you swap in a fully rebuilt 2.0 ABA with lots of performance upgrades...which costs LOTS of money, and here I will assume if you HAD lots of money, you would have bought a faster car to begin with, which is a better idea than throwing money away trying to make an 8V faster....

    Really, I suggest you spend what little money you have on a full tune up and a Bentley manual...you and your car need these two items more than a chip....
