well i started a while ago. but ill start here. dont have pics from the past though. i have a 2.5 l 5 speed jetta.

    things ive done.
-made a vortex user a while ago and got laughed off(x
    -black grill
-light light tint on tail lights
    -remove jetta and 2.5 badges
    -miro mo-2 18x8 18x9 (painted faces white)
-tein lowering springs. (for a month)
-solowerks coilovers (for a few months now) getting bags around december/ january
-made a new vortex user and got 's and 's lol

and today, i got bored and started stripping the paint off my wheels.

    before-

after a few hours i only got one done. not even polished yet

i never realized how much work it is to strip paint and powdercoating off of a wheel. fml. lol if you have any tips id love them(:

How do you like the Solo Werks coils? Is this a daily driver? When I finally get around to it I was thinking I'd go with those as well.

It is my daily driver, and for that reason I recommend bags if your trying to go low, I regret buying coilovers when I could've saved a little while longer and would have already been bagged. But, the coilovers are decent, lot of front suspension noise (no threads left helper springs still in) backs I don't really hear anything, but I have no perches in so my tire likes to rub when I hit bumps I'd go with something a little more expensive for quality reasons. Or for low, get fk's or don't get fk's and save for bags

Im Pretty sure i made a horrible mistake. cause I HATE IT.

haha i got really bored, and depressed that i havent had money to work on my car since i started class this fall. so i went out on a limb knowing i wouldnt like it. i was gonna paint the rivets gold or white though but i got lazy for now haha

people who have seen it actually like it better than the white on white.. i find it disgusting haha ill probably go back to when i bought em and paint it that silver that the manufacturer painted it. i want some amg monoblocks though so if i get too lazy to paint again i may just pick some of those up if i can find any.

anyway, if you hate it, i do too you dont have to tell me

this is a feeler, but i really want some new wheels. willing to paint to whatever color you can get in spray paint haha but not going as far as powdercoating them. throw cash or trade offers, and if not ill keep em and buy some new wheels

Spray paint, low funds and boredom ruins a lot of cars.

The white on white looked good. Silver would flow well too

i know:/ haha will go back to white on white this weekend most likely, and im thinking about buying some amg monoblocks (if i can find some) so i have 2 sets, that is unless someone wants to buy mine. i was just messing around with the spray paint cause someone gave me the idea to use blue.. people who have seen it in person like it, I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT so white on white it is.

Lol, ill probably have to raise the rear a bit, I'm a little scared to lower the front more cause I scrape frame a lot already whenever I go to class.. Can't wait for bags so I don't have to have this problem

F* it removing helper springs lol hope it's not gonna put holes in my pan going over those speed bumps at school hah, I can't raise the rear enough to even out without putting perches back in, but with the perches in it raises the rear way too much

Kind of un-important. but still made me happy. got this in an email today from vwworld from instagram

oh and also bn photos who got my homies car in stanceworks is shooting my car saturday!

So i definitely have to get my front helper springs off on friday.

i truly doubt this means anything but its still nice to get some kind of acknowledgment.

Oh you'll know When you start hearing it bang off your frame regularly, that's when. There's no need to get a notch if it's not banging. It also depends what engine you have, 2.0t's have thicker axels than 2.5's. I was banging my axel left right and center at 23ftg (2.0t), but then some 2.5 guys don't even hit it at the same height.

Depends on the stiffness of the suspension as well. Don't worry about it till you hear the axle start to hit
