DMV registration help for my jetta

hey!!

Need some help, I plan to register my jetta soon. Tags expired on August 2011 so im pretty sure there are fees for not paying on time. The car is not under my name so I plan to register it under my name.

So my question is, will i get charged all those late fees once i transfer it under my name, or will i just have to pay the new registration??

Pay fees plus pay your reg plus pay your new ownership fee plus pay smog cause of new owner fee plus youll be okay after
