Whats up Vortex. I have a 2004 Red R32 for sale. What's unique about this car is that I fully rebuilt the engine to OEM specs, after cylinder 2 bent a rod. I bought the car like this while I was attending college.

The car will have a salvage certificate along with all legal documents. Only because the engine was damaged. I will be more than happy to give anyone the VIN to look up the car fax.

I am asking $13,500 obo. I think this a very reasonable price for the car, considering the work and money put back into the engine, rather scrapping a valued car. I have all the receipts including anything in addition I had to buy at autozone to perform the work.This sale is for someone who doesn't care it is a rebuilt vehicle. The body is clean, only minor roof clear coat peel, and a small hole in the left rear tail light area.

Since the car was finished, the car has not been driven on the streets, just up and down my driveway. The car is currently garage kept. I park out front in my driveway on the weekends only until night fall. Then its back into the garage. The car ALWAYS had an all weather car cover through out the winter, rain, and hot summer days to protect the paint. The garage was obviously being used to build the engine.

Cooling System Components
-Water pump
-Coolant Temperature Sensor + O-ring
-Coolant pipe O-rings
-Coolant thermostat + O-ring
-Serpentine Drive Belt
-Crank sensor
-Coolant flush

Engine / Mechanical
-Rebuild head to OEM specs
-Engine block rebuilt to OEM specs
-Used pistons and rods (approx 37,000 miles on them)
-New OEM VW Dealer pistons rings
-New head bolts
-New Cylinder head gasket
-Timing chaing kit. All guide/rails/chains replaced
-New rod bearings
-New main bearings + thrust washers
-Crankshaft journals re-polished
-Valve stems re-polished
-Valve stem seals replaced
-Cylinder head pressure tested
-Oil and filter change
-New air filter
-All work performed at Magnum Machine Shop in Woodside Queens NY except final assembly of engine and head, and engine installation, etc.

Transmission
-New Beck Arnley clutch kit with slave
-New transmission fluid
-Clutch system bled properly
-OEM flywheel cleaned and scuffed for grip

Exterior
-Rear wiper blade replaced
-Rear license plate bulbs replaced
-Left rear reverse light bulb replaced
-Function tested front windshield wiper sensor, WORKS!!
-Front side marker light bulbs replaced
-Audi B7 front license plate frame mod
-Missing passenger side bumper grill and lower splash gaurd.
-Roof clear coat peel
-Left rear hole near tail light
-No tints
-Fresh air filter replaced

Wheels
-Minor Curb rash
-New Pirelli P-Zero tires. 225/40/18 front, 255/40/18 rear
-New valves
-Balanced all wheels
-Wheel lock key in trunk

Electrical
-New Battery. Does not fit factory battery box due to saving money on cheaper priced battery. However exceeds OEM battery CCA requirements

Whats Needed:
-Theft Inspection at your local DMV
-AC to be re-charged
-Passenger side seat retraction handle. (the one on the side)
-Passenger side bumper grill
