I know the maestro is a bit more limited for the aeb will it still work fine for the f21 on an aeb?

Ray,

An upgraded intercooler would be in your best interest. Although expensive, an aftermarket side mount is sufficient and would be more recommended for this type of setup. Less piping, faster response and zero modification required to fit one.

Maestro for ME5 has far less maps then for ME7, but there are still plenty of base maps to start from.
