Ok so I am traveling, and had to reset my Vortex password and I had to watch a Swiffer commercial and then enter the code displayed at the end of the commercial in order to be able to reset my password.

I am all for Vortex making revenue on the site that we all get for free ... but forcing me to watch ad's just to reset my password is, in my opinion, a little extreme.
