    Better than bacon.

The door to a whole new world of breakfast was opened for me this morning. Thank you, Corner Bakery!

    I can get behind this.

I love me some bacon but the whole bacon trend is leading me to find some alternatives.

If they could mix pumpkin in too....

Have you ever had the Tuscan Apple Sausage Ravioli w/ Funghi sauce at Figo's? HIGHLY recommend.

    The taste buds don't lie.

And neither does the "didn't immediately turn into fiery liquid poop" aspect like bacon. 2 hours down and still no intestinal alerts of the emergency poopcast system

Hell....chicken apple sausage even burps better!

My fav local breakfast spot has chicken apple omelettes that are killer. While I'll never say eff you bacon and turn my back, chicken apples sausages are a top breakfast meat.

My wife has been buying the chicken apple sausages for a while now and I just can't get with it. Biting into a sausage and hitting an apple just doesn't equate to normal in my brain. I do like the natural ones with real maple in them.

That's the exact sausage I had for dinner the other night. It tastes great with pasta.

    ^This!

Can confirm its tastiness, but a replacement for zee bacons is a stretch indeed.

They've got a pineapple and bacon chicken sausage that I would love to try but none of my local grocers carry it.
