Lol sorry guys got busy at work, the boss is actually my dad's girlfriend so it's definitely odd.

Though as much as would love to see her in a tourag they are just too expensive. So I ask the professionals here at TCL

Does your boss have any requirements other than a max $500/mo payment? There are a LOT of SUV's in that price range. To name a few:

      Acura RDX
      Audi Q3
      BMW X1
      BMW X3
      Chevrolet Traverse
      Dodge Durango
      Ford Edge
      Ford Escape
      Ford Explorer
      GMC Acadia
      GMC Terrain
      Honda Pilot
      Hyundai Veracruz
      Jeep Grand Cherokee
      Mazda CX-9
      Nissan Murano
      Nissan Pathfinder
      Nissan Xterra
      Subaru Tribeca
      Toyota 4Runner
      Toyota Highlander
      Volvo XC60
      Volkswagen Tiguan
      Your payments are off.

      $20/$1,000
      $200/$10,000

      when financed over 60 months.

So, you are talking right around a $36k vehicle before ttl (assuming the state you are in gives you tax breaks with trade-in)

      Lots of choices.

Using 3.9% for 60 mos gives you a borrowed amount of $27,000 with a payment of $496.03/mo. Add to that the $12,000 from the trade and you have a total of $39,000 before TTL.
