Thread: Wanted: 2004 R32 or 2012 GOLF R for the movie "Born 2 Race 2"

WANTED: 2004 Golf R32 or 2012 Golf R, to be featured in the movie "BORN 2 RACE 2"

Maybe even a MK4-MK6 GTI if it looks bad-ass enough...

Blue is preferred, but all colors will be considered.

      * Must be available this Monday, October 8th, and Thursday October 25th. Dates are not flexible *

Whatup guys, some of you might know me. Been on here since my 16V days. I directed a short film called "The Last Race" which you can find on YouTube, and I directed a couple of spec commercials for the 20AE GTIs.

A couple of years ago, I directed the feature length car movie "BORN 2 RACE". A little indie film that people have said is one of the more realistic car movies out there. It's received over 220,000 views on Netflix and a solid 4/5 star rating. Now we're making a sequel!

I want some GERMAN REPRESENTATION in this one. I want to open the film with a canyon chase between the hero WRX STI and a VW, preferably a 2004 R32 or a 2012 Golf R.

We're looking for someone who'd be interested in having their VW featured in the movie. Now, it's important that you know we will drive the car fast and might even make the tires squeal once or twice. We don't want a "show car". We'd prefer a car that's seen the track before. We don't want someone who's squeamish about other people driving their car. Don't worry, we will respect your car. Half the crew on the film are car guys.

The good: Your car will open the movie. Literally the first shot of the film, the first 3 mins of the film is all YOUR CAR.

The bad: It's a little indie film, so the pay is dirt.

If you're cool with that and would love to see your car put on the big screen, PM me and we'll chat. The film shoots this Monday in Southern California.
