    Just wanted to give a shout out to Ric Hart in the service center at the VW dealership on 122nd and Burnside in Portland. I reluctantly took my car into the service center to get some warranty extended parts replaced on my mk5 GLI. Reluctant because of the experiences with the "stealerships" in the past. To my surprise Ric came through 2 days faster and $400 cheaper than originally quoted. Very kind and very good communication. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind. Above and beyond service is hard to find these days so I thought I would share.

    Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to visit a VW service center. I will be back.

    I had a rather pleasant experience at the Vancouver Dick Hannah today. I really hope they keep this up.

    I took my 11 Golf into Hannah for the 1 year warranty inspection and I have taken my 85 GTI in there as well. Very thorough and professional experience. My service writer was Cory. A really good guy and good dealership imo.
