b3 16v running issue

I do have some vacuum leaks. theres one or two real small ones. but the car idles perfect around 800rpm, drives fines, when downshifting it used to stall if you push the clutch in. I plugged a line and it doesnt stall anymore. i still need to fix the vacuums leaks and i know they wreck havok on a running motor, but when the car heats up usually above the 160 mark on the gauge, it starts bogging, and the motor starts bucking and will feel like its out of gas or something, and if i push the clutch in and push the gas a few times itll stop and return to normal. Any clue as to what it is?
