If you want to be running 7 bar, its gotta be a damn good pump (044). Not many pumps can keep up at those pressures. Luckily, Bosch has us covered

    From my fueling FAQ

You're still flowing 225 liters per hour @ 110 PSI fuel pressure on a Bosch 044. 225 liters per hour will support a lot of power.

I run adjustable fuel pressure 4.2 bar now would have no problem with 5 bar if I needed more fuel.

Also, you can swap cam caps if you have a good machine shop make sure everything jives and is correct. No reason why not, unless you just start swapping them head to head randomly.

Yeah we tried that with zero luck, all the ones we tried were either way off or just barely, but still too much

The compressor housing inlet was busted on my CompTurbo when I opened the box. They ended up machining off about 3/8" of the lip.

steel forks are a good upgrade over OEM forks instead of just reinforcing the OEM forks and hoping for the best. That being said i am running reinforced OEM forks until I break one :crosses fingers:

Thank you, the one thing that I question is why they are brass and if the steel will cause excessive/premature wear

Head is near complete, the block should be finished in the next couple of days
