I should have a few used linkage pieces kicking around, I think a couple versions exist though.
Do you have your old one to measure, just in case?

What snapped, the bolt or the bracket itself?

not the part on the trans the part that the arrow is pointing too it bent then snapped

Yeah, that piece swings inside the piece bolted to the trans, a bolt passes through both of them to hold them together. There are plastic bushings that can get worn in there as well... VW calls it a relay lever and it lists at $80 new.
