So, I'm sorry if this had been asked before but I'm on my phone so I don't have much search capability.

What mcd and lumen specification (and possibly angle, but I'm guessing it's 8-15 degrees) LEDs are used in the overhead console ambient lighting for pretty much every VW and Audi recently? I'm working on a project to add it to my car but I have no idea what to buy, I don't want them too bright. Thanks!

As a side note, if anyone knows anything about the specifications for LEDs in the switches of a 3.5 cabrio, that would also be appreciated!

You be better off buying a console with LEDs off eBay.
I am trying to find the same thing.

Or... I can spend a lot less money and get a lot less useless stuff (since I just need the LED specs) and buy LEDs for pennies from an online retailer...

i reccomend you buy an entire 2013 audi r8, and take the LED's out of it.

    Haha I wish.

I did actually find an early 2000s A6 in the junkyard with the lights, two in fact, so i can use the other ones for other things
