Like the title says im looking to shave the little card insert within the euro plate cutout on my mk3 euro bumper, did a few searches didnt find anything, just seeing what type of materials people used to fill it/smooth it or if it was cut out and fiberglassed....

Glue in a thin piece of another bumper using 8115 panel bond or furor type material. Depending how deep the recess is. You may just be able to fill with the glue and finish like normal.
