For Sale 2004 Mk4 r32 Hpa Turbo
53k Miles. Engine has 33k miles on it currently. Purchased car with 32k miles on it. All together I have put 20k miles on the car with zero issues since I put it together. I have taken it to Deals gap (tail of the dragon r32 gtg in 2010) Highway mpg was near 30. Car itself has never been driven or out in the snow although its totally capable I just didn't want the front bumper destroyed.
Car has a prior salvage title. I purchased it damaged in 04 with damage to front bumper,RF fender,R door and airbags. The car was repaired the proper way with no short cuts. I can and will put the car on hoist for buyer to thoroughly inspect the car. I will give test rides. NO JOY RIDES
Car was painted 3 years ago. So far it has held up very well. Some small rock chips on front end. Gas door has a couple small spots peeling. Drivers door molding does as well.
Hpa ft360 turbo kit with Hpa race grade rod bearings/arp rod bolts. Ft400hp tune meaning 400hp @ flywheel. Intercooled with 2 ¼" piping
Compression lowered with hpa headgasket spacer & 2 oem metal headgaskets.
Turbo:HGP r30 garret ball bearing turbo (oil & watercooled) with integrated wastegate.
Hpa cvp short runner intake manifold with modified fuel rail.
Ceramic coated exhaust manifold and turbo downpipe. Exhaust from downpipe back is Apr 2 ½" stainless single muffler.
All secondary air injection items were removed when I installed the motor so there is a CEL on for that. Traction control has also been disabled.
Has aftermarket Mocal external thermostatic plate with Setrab oil cooler located in drivers fender well.
Clutch: Clutchmasters 6 puck aginst stock dual mass flywheel to retain stock drivability. Purchased through streetwerks as a stage 4 clutch
VF Engineering motor mounts (All 3 of them) I am sure there's more that I am forgetting.
Factory AC still present and ice cold.
Just installed New aluminum 3 core performance radiator,Low temp fan switch,Low temp thermostat,New cooling fans all from Iduktion Motorsports.
KW variant 3 coilovers, 034 hd front strut mounts. Stock front sway bar with Neuspeed hollow upgraded rear sway bar. Adjustable rear lower control arms.
BBS ch wheels fresh powder coat 3 years ago. 18" x 8". Tires are in great shape & are Continental Extreme Contact DWS
Stock brakes/stock pads still the original ones from factory. Only upgrade is stainless steel lines on all 4 corners.
Leather Konig factory heated seats in excellent condition. Upgraded billet seat lift handles. Column mounted boost gauge in pod. Ipod cable in glove box. Aside from those items interior is pretty much stock.
Car was completely disassembled when built and it received a complete respray using Hot Rod Flatz Daytona Blue Pearl. All glass was removed for the respray as well. Engine bay received custom woodgrain airbrush detail along with intake manifold & radiator support.
Lighting: Euro switch, Hella Ecode headlights with DDM Tuning hid kit.
Due to the front mount intercooler the battery has been relocated to the rear and features a Odyssey brand battery with ample starting power. Circuit breaker located in trunk area.
Roof rack setup not for sale or included
