I just want to say, I love my 2013 Beetle - That's All.

I feel good when I drive it, and never had so many people eying my car.

I have had some great cars in the past, thanks to Daddy, but this is the best one.

My GF got an Elantra, and I am glad she does not read this forum, but her car sucks, it feel like you riding in a tin can. She already has some dings cause the metal is so thin. I don't know the gauge of the Beetles metal body, but is feels stronger than most.

I also like to wash my car, it so easy and too.

If we set up a seance with Lady Gavonda, who just recently slithered back into the U.S. from
Transylvania by 'greasing the palms' of customs officials, I would like for you to take part. She
will make contact with Ferdie Porsche in 'The Spirit World' so we can get his thoughts on the
latest Beetle. He demands that we have 'schnappes' at all seances, with Lady Gavonda
transferring it to him through her personal consumption. Who would have 'thunk it' that of
all places where schnappes isn't available, 'The Spirit World' would be one of them? We will
be getting a special discount price from her, amounting to a mere $895 per person, to cover expenses
    incurred by her.

I love my GTI, after two years it seems i am still discovering things i like about it. but when my wife saw the turbo beetle, she said man i would like to trade my 2010 beetle for it. after i looked it over, i told her i totally support that. the new design, inside and out is such a great improvement, we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the trubo beetle.

i may like it more that the GTI, but don't tell anybody. But i will have to wait til we get a chance to drive it for a week or two.

I love my 2012 2.5 Beetle also. This is my third Beetle. VW tends to make their cars more robust than most Japanese cars. Heavier gauge steel, more solid doors, etc. That may something to do w/the not quite so good gas mileage, but I like it!!!

Rather than a 4door beetle...I am clammoring for suicide rear doors for easier access. Would be a sweet look for an already sweet car

OMG that would be so neat and sweet, I hope they read this, that I say is the best Idea i have heard yet for a new 4 door type. I am sure they could design it with invisible seam so I would not look like a 4 door till opened.

Ditto! I've owned enough boring cars...after I bought the Challenger, never wanted to go back to an "average car" again....No regrets with the Turbo Beetle. Very fun, so unique and awesome looking, and it gets plenty of attention, I've noticed even people in 100K plus luxury cars smiling when they see it. Hard to find another car at this price-point that can do that....in fact, IMPOSSIBLE

I watched an old women slam her car door against mine. I saw it bounce off my door. I was only about 30 feet away when it happened. I ran over there to stop her before she drove off. I told her what I thought of what she had done...probably said too much, but anyways, as I was trying to find where her door had hit, there was no dent, not even a scratch.

Can't wait to hear how much you love your TB! Make sure you post on here once you get it. I could not love my TB any more than I do, the looks that people give you are fantastic. I just got my TB a month ago and I'm waiting until the spring to do any mods, but even stock it's incredibly fast. Tied my best friend in his uncle's 2006 BMW 750 li in a drag two days ago...he couldn't stop saying how unbelievably fast my TB was. Trust me, you won't regret the trade in
