so after playing paintball once or twice and last night at dayglow the inside of my car has acquired one or two little stains, I was wondering what do some of you guys do to clean the seats. I've looked in the car detailing forum but wanted to get some good advice here too.

I've always used "Tuff Stuff" you can pick it up in a can at any local auto parts store or even Walmart. It is a foam that you spray on the stain. Let it sit for a minute then agitate with a cloth. If the car is super dirty you can actually see the dirt lifting into the foam. It's also extremely cheap something like 3 dollars a can at Walmart.

Awesome tip! I look forward to trying this.

FWIW I've always just used 50/50 water/vinegar and sprayed on and wiped off. Really cleans up any sweat stains, or the filth on the armrest.

Think the stuff you described could cut into water soluble paint?
