Google would probably help you a lot easier and faster, but I use close to 6 quarts and I use MOBIL 1 0w-40 Full Synthetic.

Forgot one more ? Should i buy any name brand for the transmission fluid

try to stick with OEM fluids when changing them (coolant, trans fluid ect.). i believe the oem transmission fluid for a 5 speed is G 070 fluid..

sure if you like spending too much money. $20 per liter of autotrans fluid and I needed 6 no f'n thanks.
I use gm syncromesh with all my manual transmissions, I had a slight 2nd gear grind with a replacement I had with my vr6, it got rid of it. I've used it with alot of success with other manuals as well.
