Flickering aftermarket HIDs on 2012 GLI !!

I just installed a McCulloch HID kit on my 2012 GLI Base (low beam). With the engine "ON", the lights starts flickering. When the engine is "OFF" but key switch is on Accy, the HIDs turn just fine. I already tried the DIY capacitor's fix but didn't work. I called the seller and apparently I have to buy an antiflickering kit. Have somebody ran into the same issue? If so, what was your fix?

GO INTO HID SECTION AND READ there, and yes capacitors don't work, can bus ballasts dont workm drive with an error and run relay harness, or drive without error runnig relay harness with 55wat resistors on the both sides but find metal spot to mount them caz they get extremely hottt...
