Same around me. Ft. Worth has a large mix but most are CV's. Burleson and Arlington are heavy into Chargers. I believe Burleson is considering swb Expeditions.

      Appleton still has Impalas:

...while the smaller Grand Chute has Chargers:

City Police still using CVs and Impalas. All highway patrol cars seem to be Chargers now

I've also seen at least one town and the MGH Police with Explorers.

My town got one Chevy PPV.

explorers seem to be the big hit. price wise when our town was looking earlier this year, the fords were a better option at the cheaper price. if I recall, the explorer was cheaper than the charger we priced out. we bought the explorer, and use it for truck enforcement mostly.

Las Vegas cops still use Crown Vics for the time being, though in Henderson (suburb of Vegas), the cops have gone to Tahoes.

The Nevada Highway Patrol uses Dodge Chargers and Crown Vics.

Our PD was one of the first to take delivery of the new Police Interceptor. They look pretty sharp, and as per the officer we spoke to - a great all around platform for patrol.

That's a good looking machine. It actually looks purposeful without all the chrome trimming and useless nonsense.

What's the rear suspension on that? Needless to say in the BP we did a lot of minor (sometimes major) off-roading in our cruisers even. That's why our Chargers SUCKED. The independent suspension etc. would get whacked out of alignment the second you hit some bumps. The crown vics would just keep going without needing to run to the shop.

Mostly Commodore Ute Divvy (Divisional) vans. Fibreglass body on the back.

Austin PD is sticking with the Taurus and the Explorer, why you might ask?
“The Caprice is made in Australia and the Charger is made in Canada,” Norman said. “We wanted American-made.”

And the DPS have some new gunboats.

Seems that every LEO that I know hates their charger as a cruiser, they say it's uncomfortable and hard to quickly get out what someone takes off running.

Haverhill and Methuen are switching to the Chevy.

My local cops are using a decrepit CV, a Charger, a Dodge SUV thing ( name escapees me for some reason) and an F150 extended cab. Winter use also includes a M1009 ex military Blazer. Hodgepodge of junk mostly. They mostly just creep around town leering at HS girls anyway.

Mostly Crown Vics and a couple random Chargers. I have seen a couple bicycle cops as well. Not really sure what good those are in the suburbs though.

Autobahnpolizei, yes. Or used to be that way anyway. Baden-Württemberg switched to the new W212 as their standard patrol car. I believe the standard cars are the E220 CDI variants.

My friend is a officer in Ba-Wü and said the B6 Passats they had for the last few years drove better though

My locals, and the local State Troopers are still on the Crown Vic with the new LED light bars. (They're pretty bright!) The local Campus police have a few Impalas with the old old light bar. (It looks weird, they should switch to the new LED light bar.)
I think the locals have a few SUVs/Explorers here and there. But I mostly see the Crown Vics.

Kinda makes me wonder when they'll switch over to something new. Our town aint exactly hurting for cash I don't think.

Ogden City cops drive chargers/exploders/F150s/CV and have been rolling out a ton of the new SHO to replace the charger/CV.

Weber County Sheriffs tend to drive F250s.

And UHP drives chargers and F250s mainly. Though their undercover cars come in a large variety.
Wyoming HP all drive Tahoes and new Chargers. Those taillights can be seen for miles on I-80 at night

I see a ton of Chargers around here.

I wish that everyone would just switch to Carbon Motors police cars when they're available!
I really wish everyone would update their location in their profile!

      Someone buy my car already!!

Always looking for free firewood to feed my hungry wood stove!
