I was pulling off my summer wheels today to put the steelies back on and the rears are just not budging off the hub.

I've tried soaking the hub with PB, blasting it with a hammer, no luck.

Any tips or concerns? The fronts came fine and both share the same inner diameter. Alloy and steel bonding?

I guess I'll take it in to the tire shop tomorrow and turn in my man card

Hit that **** from the inner sidewall. Hit the **** out of it.
Keep a lug in the wheel so it doesn't go flying off.

are there any small screws holding the drum on?

smack the **** out of it with a hammer. the bigger the hammer the better. coming from a mechanic. you can never have a big enough hammer!!!!!!!
