need help finding a mechanic or shop.

Hey fellow dubbers. I have a 84 rabbit gti that needs a swap WITH A REBUILT 8 VALVE block and tranny...new 100 mm flanges too. I have the parts just need the tools and hands...I need to find some people that are.down to get projects done and am willing to throw.a couple hundred at em for helping. I would go to achtuning but don't work for Boeing and make a lot of cheese. Any place I should start? I'm on a time crunch and need to get my car off of my brothers driveway.

most of the people here are DIY people who own enough tools and are willing to get their hands dirty
my car hasnt seen a "mechanic" since i have owned it
only times it has been to a shop was for yearly state inspection
