Yesterday I picked up an 88 2door golf gl from my buddy's Grandpa.
it needs a driver side fender,Hood,grill, headlights, headliner, and door handles.
It runs nice and has 175k on it. All original.
there's one problem though, as I pull up to a stoplight, the car starts to shake vigorously. But once in on the gas its goes away. Sometimes ill throw it in neutral so it stops shaking.
any idea on what this could be?
I was thinking motor mounts but im not familiar with the mk2 scene so any info would help.
