FS: 1983 GTI Wide Body

So here it is 1983 VW MK1 GTI with a Custom Built Metal WideBody No power steering No A/C

Engine: 2.0 16v 9a CIS-e motronic from 1992 Jetta GLI 2.0 16v head with TT cams,TT valve springs and titanium rettainers TT Chip TT race down pipes and full exhaust with borla muffler it has K&N air filter the engine has about 10.000 miles since the rebuild

Tranny: Fully rebuilt 020 tranny with perlequins LSD and new axels ,also it will come with another set of new axels in box

Suspension: Koni ajustable shocks Neuspeed race springs Front K-bar installed poly bushings all the way around

Interrior: Custom welded roll cage Corbeau A4 seats Sabelt 4-point harnesses Sparco steering wheel mk1 cabriolet dash mk2 gli cluster with working MFA

Exterrior: Full custom welded metal widebody wider 3" on each side euro tail lights single round head lights custom exhaust tips and a custom flashing third brake light the hood has custom vents welded in the paint is a midnight blue and is in good condition it has the flap door windows and i have a set of closed style windows with mint seals that will come with the car

Brakes: MK2 Jetta GLI brakes front and rear with Hawk pads

Wheels and Tires: XXR 15x8 0-offset Falken AZENIS high-performance 205/50/15

The BAD: 1.the car has no CAT and it runs rich so it will need to be tuned to pass emissions 2. if the car sits for like 5-7 days when started it will have a fuel leak around the fuelpump for a few minutes so i guess the fuel lines need to be tight up i little.

The car runs strong and it handels like a champ it has no oil or coolant leaks i changed the oil about 700 miles ago and i used 0w40 Mobile one oil and filter the reason for selling the car is i have other plans in life

Price is 6750$ FIRM im not in the hurry to sell so if i get the asking price ok if i dont i will keep it just know there has been put a lot of time and work in this beast i do have some spare parts that will come with the car
