If you tried jumping it and it still only clicked then I would suggest looking for a new starter. Especially seeing as you stated that the car runs fine if you push started it. Either that or maybe check the termanal connections on the battery and the starter itself.

Car wont start

Changed the oil on my new car and everything looked like a hack job. the drain plug had no washer on it and the drain on the filter was stripped. after changing it the car wont start now. it just clicks like the battery is dead. i push started it and it ran fine, turned it off then it wont start up again.
any ideas?
oh yeah i tried jump starting it and that wont work either..

bad starter. dont get a cheap starter such as a Duralast (dontlast) from autozone make sure you get a bosch or valeo starter. itll benefit you in the long run with reliability
