timing.projectsunblock.com ???

Hi,

For the last few days, when I view vwvortex.com (any page) in IE9 I get two, three or four notification popups asking what to do with the file "timing.txt" from web site "timing.projectsunblock.com".

The site in question is a brand monitoring service that reports to brandholders information about the context in which their brand is placed, or other web-related information.

Is this an intentional effect from the owners of VWVortex, and can I stop it happening?
