Broken wheel VW Caps

My cc is 18 mths old, 14K miles garaged nightly. While washing this weekend the center vw cap on the rim just fell off.. cheap plastic clips were broken.. any others with these same issues. I called my dealer in Tampa and they first gave me crap when i wanted a replacement..(guy did not listen) and said people take those. I explained and it will be covered. These dealer reps/svc writers need to learn better skills

If they ever balanced the wheels (that's the only reason why the centercaps would need to come out)....than that's how it probably broke--popping it out or snapping it back in
