It will be held Saturday, October 27th 2012. Dyno pulls will be on sale for $50 for 3 pulls.

Technically yes you would have to be here. But if you send me the ecu so it here or in transit by the 27th I can give you the sale price.

Yes, there are NA flashes, NA w/sri, Turbo, you name it, but currently the ecu needs sent to UM headquarters still for the initial flash.
