rims im looking at need help with

Now I own a 2002 Beetle Turbo S, max offset i think is 45 and bore is 73. So I have to get adapters, would 1 inch be to thick of an adapter? I have looked at draft designs and I have no idea what to order to make these fit.

I think the minimum offset I could go is 30 without hitting the caliper, and I DO NOT think they make a 5MM adapter so I dont think there is aNYWAY this would fit. Unless someone thinks differently.
