    I see whatever state that is registered in either does no inspection or takes a very broad view of street legal.

    Heck, in Maryland, anything, literally ANYTHING, over 20 years old can get "Historic" plates with no inspection. The fact that it's not supposed to be more than an occasional driver is never enforced.

    Not necessarily - we're talking nearly three quarters of a million dollars........for a car. For that money you could go find you another 60's 'vette and pimp it out yourself with bags of money left over.
