So she's been sitting at work without an engine collecting dirt and bugs for a while now. It looks terrible and im under some pressure to get her out of the parking lot. So...
Gonna use my old jetta rv engine. Digi-1, Rebuilt, autotech 270, decked, a little bit grinding on the manifolds. Found a rebuilt FF at the transmission shop next door.

I cut the hard lines and flared the tubing on the passenger side. A couple of rubber lines and some fuel line clamps.

Yeah, maybe it will crack. We'll have to wait and see.
Good thing it rained this week. Washed all the dirt off and it doesnt look so bad.
Cut a 2" hole around this hole in the cowl for the digifant harness.
Made filter mount for the back in place of the old accumulator

Thanks! Its jasper green LE6D.
So its been sitting there since last fall and there was an inch of water on the floor and also in one tailght and turn signal lense. The entire interior has been taken over by mold.
Airing it out for a while
Moldy carpet had to go as well as the tar mats.
Rust!
That's as far as i got besides a little brake and electrical work. Going to get back on it soon![]()
