    hey everyone im new to the area, just wondering if there is a official thread for this area or if its in another forum area trying to find others for gtg and the whatnot thanks ~~Gina

    I have seen quite a few VWs in the area floating around dropped and stanced for the most part but no idea if there is another forum for this general area or not , i just moved down here a couple weeks ago so im still in transition just trying to figure out if there is "cliques" to avoid or if generally everyone is drama free

    Most Tampa people seem adverse to posting in the SE section of Vortex, most are on here, but it is fairly drama free

    the husband just got in this friday so we will probably go with both cars this week although my gti is a bit fubared from all the moving

    go on facebook and search VDUB club. its a tampa/sarasota/northport/st.pete based group. there are also weekly wednesday sonic meets and one of the sonics in tampa... im in the club but im up in daytona. goodluck. -crosby

    Same Question I was wondering the Other day.
    Just Picked up a 2013 on Monday and I'd love to meet some other enthusiasts.

    Went to the Ellington to Ft. De Soto Beach Fixx Meet This afternoon and met a couple of the locals, most of them were owners of older MK's and Audi's though.
    I think Someone should bite the bullet and make an official Tampa Bay Area Sub-Thread.
