Meh, I'm a little old school in that respect. I was raised to be a gentleman, and it would take A LOT for me to hit a girl back, especially if she were smaller/weaker than me.

In Cleveland? I doubt anything comes of it, especially since there's no hate crime angle to play. In my unqualified opinion, it would almost certainly go to trial, cost a ton of money, and draw a lot of unwanted attention. Courts are like cattle processing centers with heavy preference given to cases with slam dunk charges.
