04 Gli drl problems need help!

Hey guys I have an 04 Gli with a 1.8t I have an issue with my drl I turn them on and only one side works driver side btw and I tested the fuses and only one of the fuses for the drl is getting power so I found the relay and put my hand on it and I feel it click while I turn the drls on so I'm a little confused hope you guys can help me out. Is it possible that the relay is bad and only opperating one side? Thanks

Definitely not the DRL relay. I assume that the low beam on that side doesn't work either?
