Stay away from Jack Daniels VW

I purchased my car from Jack Daniels VW in Northern NJ. Buying the car was the easy part. When it comes to getting service I have had nothing but problems (when my car was stock and now with a tune). The service manager is a real A$$****. Does anyone out there know of a dealer that is mod friendly (APR stage 1 and APR Carbonio intake). I would much rather give someone else my business. As far as Jack Daniels, I will never take another car there for service or purchase another VW through them again.

What is the best number to reach you guys? I have the car over at caste ststems performance my local vw shop (great shop btw). They think the problem is the fuel pump. Would that be covered under warrenty?

No real problems with Crestmont VW from first hand exp. Couple friends also goto Linden VW without issues.

I know this is a far drive but River Bank VW in Stamford,CT is a really friendly shop.

Ask for John the service adviser.

I did end up going Crestmont VW. Its out on RT23 North in Pompton Plains. The guys over there are awesome. My car was in and out before i knew it. If you are in the North Jersey and need a good dealer, I highly recommend Crestmont.

If I need a VW dealer to touch my car, then I go to Douglas VW in Summit.

Plus, I buy parts through JC@DouglasVW

Didn't purchase my car there (probably would've had I known beforehand) but the guys at Linden VW are good people. Met them the few times i checked out their G2Gs. Definitely seem like they're the kind of guys that are going to take care of you. Big VW guys themselves.
