Dear God yes.
Pictures don't do justice to the flares on this car.

We've just run a story about Audi of America's new German market RS 4 popping up at cars and coffee in Northern Virginia last week, how that blew up the internet yesterday and intel on the car's status for possible American approval. That story can be found here: http://fourtitude.com/news/Audi_News...r-the-weekend/
I wanted to run a thread we'll be monitoring to get a feel on interest in the car and will be mirroring this thread in TheCarLounge for general automotive enthusiasts. Got a take on the car or do you plan to buy one if it comes over? Let us know and we'll be passing these threads to Audi as they investigate the car's potential for sale here.

There has never been a more appropriate gif...
But seriously, shut up and take my money! I have been waiting patiently for 5 years for AoA to get its act together and finally replace the S4 Avant. I'll take the RS4 Avant as a consolation prize![]()

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.

Only if they brought it over in a manual configuration. Too bad since they stated that the TT-RS will be the last of the manual RS cars.![]()

Ticks all the right boxes for me (except manual transmission). Just about the perfect car. Dont forget the Canadian market!
avoid the overcast skies: bring some yellow, orange, green, red and blue..

I'd rather them bring the S4 Avant.....more affordable, still fast enough for daily driving.

i always love these threads. the people that say yes are usually the ones that cant afford one or wouldn't buy one if they could.

Would love to buy one, but at least in my current financial situation, no chance of me being able to buy one.
Much like when a CTS-V wagon drove by me the other day though, I will smile each and every time an RS4 Avant goes by me, and maybe one day be able to buy one.

I can't see them even beginning to sell enough of these to justify it

Sure, why not? I mean, yeah, they'll sell all 243 of them...![]()

To me the answer to this age old question is always, yes, bring it over. That could be said for many of the offerings that the have east of the Atlantic. Fact is, we are secondary in the minds of the powers that be at VAG. We were really lucky to get the TTRS.
#23
YES even though I likely will never own one. Be fun to look at.

You think you hate it now. Wait til you drive it.

I say yes, but like most, I can't afford it.
Maybe an S would make better sense.
#29
So I guess this isn't the normal "bring it over and I'll buy it" thread but "bring it over so I can look at it."![]()

I just want them to bring it over so I can say it sucks and I'd rather have an M3, CTS-V or C63.

Bring it over, I cannot afford it new. After several years when the price drops down, then maybe I can buy it.![]()

I don't see audi bringing the RS4 and not the S4 wagon. Either way if they do bring it, it will have less options, colors, gearboxes, no marketing, no finance support...and will fail.
As much as I would love to get one down the road (I'm only 30...) I just don't see audi being able to sell these here with the same attitude they have used on previous avant's.
