This happened today just north of Marathon in the Florida Keys. Firefighters got there fast as there is a Fire Station less than a mile away on Conch Key!

One of his VTEC's must've caught on fire.

Great... I must have missed something

Oh and the Porsche Boxter was a great car, except they were a death trap and a lot of them caught on fire

what happened to the hood, did they cut it off to make sure all the fire was out?
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.

instinct takes over; I'm guessing they were looking for the engine? I would imagine not all first responders are aware of what cars are rear or mid-engine in this case etc...

If that's the one with the ugly headlights, it deserved to die.

    Porsche makes a cool car, but they're death traps and a maintenance nightmare . . . .

The four ladies that walked away from this high speed Autobahn crash would disagree with you about it's saftey. And it's been proven 189264983250967546 times - if a Porsche is properly maintained they are very easy to own. I'm speaking from experience. I've owned several cars more problematic and costly than my 911 Cab.

Looks like maybe the fuel tank caught fire? More damage at the front than rear.

I was hoping this thread would be about Prototech.

Stew still hasn't posted his personal car up on their page yet, but it will drop panties.
