      for all of you who bailed due to rain....
      it was rainy UNTIL we crossed over Kenosha Pass, and then it was nice. sunny at times. a sprinkle here and there, but overall a GREAT day. 7 guys showed. this time we will have a video being made. HOPEFULLY we will see more of you all next year.

      the video is basically done, I just hope keela got a shot of my car rolling, as that's the one thing left I'd still like to add

      I did- I'm just tied up with work and my bug, I've gone through the footage and ended up with 17G worth of it! I also have quite a bit of mine passing yours how do you want me to export it to you? I'm also having trouble getting mine on YouTube -.- gah.

      is it possible to send me your raw footage... i want to take a stab at some video editing... made some vids back in HS, havnt dont anything since...

      Well that was a great drive!
      I wish more cars would have shown up (i posted info in the mk1 and scirocco forums) but what can you do.
      Sorry i missed the last stop but i was in a hurry to get back to Steamboat....took 4.5 hours from Saguache to home. I did snap some pics but my SD card is not cooperating...looking forward to the video!

      well, I couldn't get that rolling shot of my 4000 like I wanted in there but I still think the video came out great and i'm sure you guys are tired of waiting so here it is. . . enjoy

      DANG!!!! Great video! So sorry we missed you guys this year. We got a late start. Turns out a Touareg will scoot if you give it some wellie. Almost had a chat with the lawman in Hartsel. Dialed it back after that. Wrong turn in Salida. Comedy of errors.

      After lunch we drove up Old Monarch Pass. After seeing westco4k's video though -- let's just say, I just gotta get the Corrado running over the winter. 10 years and a month since she's turned a rev.
