Thanks Guys! I have been away from the Vortex (they call it that for a reason) for quite a few weeks...

Nico and Mom are healthy and full of love. It's been a great couple of weeks working from home to help raise our boy. It's gonna be hard going back to the office on Monday.

Here he is - Nicolas John:

He looks ready to crawl under the fox and start wrenching!

I had a "hobby car" when my kids were young, it was a mazda 121 with sliding canvas roof(ford festiva in usa) it seams every bloody weekend im fixing the thing..
then my 3 year old said"daddy car....broken" I said thats it and got rid of it, dont want a lasting impression on them!

Chris, congrats to you and to Lisa on the arrival!! So glad to hear everything went so well! Good looking guy Nico is

As you and some on here know, we just had our baby girl Lara on May 16 - she'll be a month old in just a couple of days. I'll post pics and info on my thread soon - she's a beautiful healthy little girl and everything went incredibly well

How much did Nico weigh, Chris?

      Congrats brotha!
Now get him a Honda to start wrenching on so he doesn't have to deal with our horse-hockey.

Chris, do you still feel 10 feet tall and bulletproof? I felt that way for weeks after the birth of each of my children. When it started to wear off all I had to do to get it back was sit in my recliner and let them fall asleep on my chest. The "recharge" never failed to boost me up for another couple months! The "kids" are grown now and too big for a proper "recharge", but I still get the feeling every time I see them!

Total Joy and soul soothing for life!!! Congrats, Bro!!

Thanks guys. It's been an incredible journey and he's only one month. Went into a hobby shop the other day. Can't wait to stock up on models cars, remote control thingamajigs and science crap!
