So they still are stingy with the Dynaudio upgrades...other than the RNS-510 theres nothing that I care about thats been added to the 2.0t.

      Thanks for the info.

Keyless access and start are finally added. Should have been added years ago.

      http://jayscarblog.com/2014-cc-to-finally-get-kessy/

button is next to shift, key remains the same.

It is a better system then the passat though for three reasons:

      1) There are kessy sensors on all four doors instead of just the front

      2) It includes easy open where the trunk opens by kicking under it with the key in range

      3) When you use the kessy door sensors to unlock the car at night the leaving home lights activate; with the passats cheaper system it is not linked to the same signal that the remote itself is linked to and the only way to get the lights to come on when unlocking is using the key which defeats one or the other features.

IMO that Ignition plug and regular vw key looks retarded! hope they fix that!

I think KESSY should be standard on all CC's - I'm glad it looks like they are putting a backup cam across the board as that car really needs it!

quick question, does the kessy keyless system require you to have key fob in dash then push button or like a true keyless just have key on you and just push button to start?

From what I see on the Euro models that already have KESSY, you can start with the push button on the console OR use the push-fob-in-dash like current models.

yeah its the same as the touareg and all audis with advanced key; use the fob slot or the button, one cancels out the other.

What stuck out to me is "engineered ebony interior trim, and available Truffle Brown interior" because those are things i may want to add to my 2010 zero intentions of trading in my 2010

I'm wondering when VW of North America is going to update their website with the 2014 info.

Still no engine update however - the 14 still doesn't have the updated 2.0T with injection changes to prevent the intake deposit problems?

If the screen is any larger it would be a different model radio. Car-Net will be available but don't think it changes anything else with radio models, at least for the CC anyway.

You only have to have the key fob in your pocket, ear, back seat, in arm pit or anywhere else it is convenient for you to put it.
